Since joining the firm, Kristen has consistently demonstrated excellence in environmental law and litigation. Her sharp legal acumen, dedication to client service, and collaborative approach have made her an invaluable member of our team.

Over the years, Kristen has played a key role in defending a Fortune 500 company in a complex CERCLA cost recovery action, including successfully arguing that material sent to the Site was not a hazardous substance. She also advises on multi-state environmental compliance issues for a large industrial client, helping the client maintain compliance and mitigate any potential violations. Her work has been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes for our clients across a wide range of environmental matters.

Kristen has also been recognized by Leading Lawyers for over five years for her outstanding work in the field.

In addition to her legal practice, Kristen actively contributes to the legal community through her membership in the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association, and frequent speaking engagements on emerging environmental issues.
